Peter is a chartered surveyor with over 30 years experience and is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He also owns Peter Graham Associates based in Scotland.

Alastair MacLeod

Alastair MacLeodDirector

Alastair is a chartered surveyor but has spent most of his career in investment banking with stints at Barings Bank and Goldman Sachs. He specialises in investing in Far Eastern markets.

Ed Gormley

Ed has overseen the creation and the growth of Hogarth Estates. His day to day role is to oversee the running of the business and ensure the service provided by the business in sales, lettings and property management is at a level expected to ensure the company remains a premier agent in the central south west postcodes. Ed is a member of ARLA and NAEA.

Sally Makepeace-Taylor

Sally Makepeace-TaylorAccounts and Operations Manager

Sally runs both the Accounting and Operations functions of the business. She is responsible for all things financial within the business, both in terms of client facing functions and internal processes. Furthermore, through her operations role she oversees the running of the business as a whole and reports to Ed directly on this. Sally has worked for various premium property brands during her thirty year career and as a consequence brings a wealth of experience to her role.

Alex has been operating in the prime central south west London sales market for many years and during that time has built up a wealth of experience allowing him to understand a property’s true value, thereby ensuring the best prices for his clients and a smooth sales process for both sides. Alex is a member of the NAEA.

Yasmine Nabil

Yasmine NabilProperty Management & Lettings Progression

Yasmine manages the renewal process for our clients, ensuring that this happens in a timely fashion so both our landlords and tenants have time to agree whether they want to renew their contracts and at a suitable rental price. If the tenant decides to leave the property Yasmine makes sure the re-marketing process begins immediately so voids are minimised and the transition to a new tenant is seamless. She also ensures the numerous administrative requirements around a new and renewed tenancy are all dealt with appropriately. Yasmine’s other role is to oversee the effective management of our clients’ properties.

Zoe Bignell

Zoe is a recent recruit to the Hogarth team and works in the Lettings Department. Having transitioned from a career in retail to property she has brought to her role great customer service and a general capacity for hard work. She goes to great lengths to understand what her clients want and she makes sure she provides it.

Lilly Glidewell

Lilly is a new member of the team but an integral one as she provides administrative support to all the other members of the business, helping to ensure that each department runs as efficiently as possible.

Mo Uddin

Mo Uddin Property Maintenance

Mo is part of the property maintenance team and, with his own team of experienced tradespeople, he works closely with Property Management to ensure issues are dealt with quickly, effectively and in a cost effective manner.
